• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or email confirmation).

Non-refundable items:
– Items damaged due to misuse
– Items returned without original packaging
– Gift cards

Refunds processing time:
